Content You Can Stand Behind

Your patients deserve health guidance they can trust. We make sure it comes from you.

AAP. CDC. Children's National. Duke. World Health Organization. And hundreds more. These organizations produce world-class, evidence-based guidance. Social Cascade delivers it through your practice's channels, so patients hear it from you, not from a feed full of noise.

Let's Look at Your PracticeSee How It Works

Spend 30 minutes with someone who understands healthcare and walk away with a clear picture of how your practice shows up for patients between visits.

Why Content Source Matters

Your patients are getting health advice somewhere. Make sure it's credible.

Between visits, patients scroll. They search symptoms, follow health accounts, and absorb guidance from sources they may never verify. When that guidance is wrong, anonymous, or AI-generated, it erodes trust in the very care relationships you've worked to build.

The most credible health information already exists. The AAP, CDC, and hundreds of leading organizations publish evidence-based education every day. The problem isn't a lack of good content. It's the last mile: getting that guidance to patients through a voice they already trust.

Social Cascade closes that gap. Your patients see real guidance from real organizations, delivered through your practice, on the channels they already follow. You stay clinically aligned without writing a word.

How We Source Content

We don't generate content. We surface the right content at the right time.

Every piece of content in Social Cascade comes from a vetted health organization: curated, attributed, and matched to your practice. Here's what that means in practice:

Clinically grounded.

Content comes from organizations with established clinical credibility: the AAP, CDC, WHO, and hundreds of specialty and regional partners. Nothing is AI-generated. Nothing is synthetic. Every post has a trusted source behind it.

Always current.

Our library is continuously updated as partner organizations publish new guidance. Seasonal health topics, emerging public health priorities, and timely patient education flow through automatically, so your practice stays relevant without manual research.

Matched to your practice.

You choose the content streams that fit your specialty, patient population, and community. The platform surfaces what's most relevant for your specific practice, not generic health content that could apply to anyone anywhere.

A Note on AI

AI that finds content, not AI that writes it.

Most platforms use AI to create synthetic health content. Social Cascade uses AI differently. We build community-level intelligence that understands what your patients need to hear right now, based on what's going on in your area, what's going around, and what consistently earns their attention.

Every post that goes out comes from a verified source you and your patients already recognize. Our AI decides what to surface and when. It never decides what to say clinically.

We never generate health content with AI.

Every post attributes its source organization clearly.

Our Content Review Board vets partners independently, with no advertiser influence.

You can review, remove, or restrict any content at any time.

For Your Practice

Trusted content that works as hard as you do.

Clinical confidence.

Every post comes from organizations you recognize and trust. You never have to wonder whether what your patients are seeing is clinically sound, because the source is clear, vetted, and attributable every time.

Patient trust.

Patients don't follow the CDC on Instagram. They follow you. When trusted guidance arrives through your practice's channels, it lands differently, because it comes from the relationship they've already chosen.

No blank screen.

You didn't go into medicine to stare at a content calendar. Social Cascade fills your channels with evidence-based education automatically, so your practice stays present between visits without adding hours to your week.

Dr. Melinda Beavers didn't set out to build a marketing strategy. She set out to take better care of her patients, and let trusted content from organizations her families already know do the rest.

“We added 1,200 patients in less than a year with organic social leading the way. Weekly effort went from 15 hours to 15 minutes.”

FAQ

Questions we hear about trusted content.

Where does the content on my practice's social accounts actually come from?
Every post comes from one of 300+ vetted health organizations: the AAP, CDC, World Health Organization, Children's National, and hundreds of regional and specialty partners. Social Cascade curates and delivers their published health education through your practice's channels. We don't write it, generate it, or alter the clinical substance.
Does Social Cascade use AI to generate health content?
No. We never generate health content with AI. Our AI is used to understand what's relevant for your community: local health patterns, seasonal trends, and what resonates with patients like yours. That helps the right existing content surface at the right time. The posts themselves always come from real organizations with real clinical credibility.
How do you vet your content partners?
Our Content Review Board (medical, child development, and public health professionals) evaluates every partner for accuracy, bias, diversity and inclusion, and reputation. The Board is not influenced by any company, PR firm, or advertiser, and ensures content is purely informational with no product promotion or endorsement.
Can I choose which organizations appear on my accounts?
Yes. You select the content streams that fit your practice, specialty, and community. Before subscribing to any stream, you can review each provider's editorial guidelines and policies in the platform. You can also remove individual posts or entire streams at any time.
Will my patients know this content isn't written by me personally?
Every post attributes the source organization clearly. You can also enable an optional editorial disclaimer on each post. Patients see trusted guidance from organizations they recognize, delivered through the provider relationship they already trust.
What if a piece of content doesn't feel right for my practice?
You can remove any post before or after it publishes, and the platform learns from that preference going forward. If you ever feel a piece of content or a content provider violates our standards, contact us. We take provider feedback seriously and act on it.

Your patients deserve guidance they can trust. Make sure it comes from you.
